He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Forker and Mary Forker (Butler). He is survived by: his wife Katie Forker (Buuck) of Kendal; his children, Michael (Kathleen) of Novi, Brent (Jeanette) of Trumansburg, NY and Sue Ruoff (Steve) of Lansing, NY; his grandchildren, Jennifer Forker Rudolph (Chris), Nicholas Forker, Jesse Ruoff and Jason Ruoff; and his great grandchildren, Luke Rudolph and Jack Rudolph. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As he became challenged with Alzheimer's Disease he enjoyed several years enrolled part-time in the Longview adult activities program before moving into Cascadilla House at Kendal.
