She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Edwards and Martha Jo Swain; her son-in-law Dr. Patrick M. Riley; and her former husband Robert E. Browning. She is survived by: her sister Connie Mitchell (George) of Bayport, NY; her children, Liz Riley of Columbus, OH, Keith Browning (Pam) of Dayton, OH, Russell Browning (Tui) of St. Louis, MO and Peter Browning (Ursula) of Ithaca, NY.; and her grandchildren, Kate Talcott (Andy), Meg Roberts (Jackson), Trevor Browning (Natalie), Lex Browning (Katie), Carly, Russell Jr., Sarah, Elizabeth, Michael, John Browning, Karinna, Cecile, Annika and Cyrus Kurman-Browning. She is also survived by her 7 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
