She was predeceased by: her spouse Elens B. Miller; her mother Noltie Turley; and her brothers, Thomas and James Turley. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Miller; and her sibling's children, Marsha Shululu (Steven), Alvin Miller (Rosa) and Richard Miller (Doris).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Immaculate Conception Church Food Pantry.
