He was predeceased by : his parents, Elinor Surdoval and Walter Surdoval. He is survived by : his wife Susan Johnson of Berkeley Hts; his daughters, Britt Johnson (Adam Powers) of Warwick, NY and Michele Liebow (Brad) of Warwick, NY; and his grandchildren, Drew, Charlie, Emmerson and Abel.
