She was predeceased by: her parents, Asher Lyon and Nina Brainard Lyon; her husband Joseph C. Mistretta; and her siblings, David, Steven Lyon and Lenora Bascom.
She is survived by: her children, Debra A. Smith (Frank) of Asheboro, NC, Phillip C. Mistretta (Miriam) of Jamestown, NY and Kathleen Mistretta of Jamestown, NY; her grandchildren, Amanda Smith (Michael) of Jamestown, Danielle Harbor (Ben) of Jamestown, Vincent Mistretta (Emme) of Jamestown, Brian Mistretta of Jamestown and Tamara Strachan (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Breana Smith, Alyssa Harbor, Ashlynn Harbor, Braydon Harbor, Abrielle Mistretta, Luca Mistretta, Ayla Mistretta and Zoe Strachan.
Friends will be received from 1-3 pm Monday, two hours prior to the service in the funeral home, where face masks must be worn while inside the funeral home.
