With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Mae McMillin of Jamestown, New York, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles S. Fails and Mabel Greenfield Fails; and her son Victor C. McMillin. She is survived by: her daughter Janet McMillin-Jaszcz (David Jaszcz) of Jamestown; her daughter-in-law Sally McMillin of Conneaut Lake, PA; her grandsons, Patrick Jaszcz (Jamie Mangini), Jason R. McMillin (Tiffany) and Benjamin J. McMillin; and her great grandchildren, Mason and Cal McMillin.
