She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus C. Strang and Helen Strang (Carlson); her husband Roy V. Swanson; her daughter Rebecca Reinecke; and her sister Louise A. Strang.
She is survived by: her son Philip C. Swanson; her son-in-law Michael Reinecke; her granddaughter Melissa Ramsey; her grandson-in-law Jeff Ramsey; her granddaughter Michelle Reinecke; and her great grandchildren, Veronica and Viviana Ramsey.
