She is survived by: her husband Marvin Zook of Frewsburg; her children, Judith Brentley of Jamestown, Donna Reed (Robert) of North Carolina and Donald Paine of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Barbara Velazquez (Marcos) of Jamestown, Neil Olson (Michelle) of North Carolina, Lori Paine Robbins of Arkansas, Roger Paine Jr. (Sara) of Jamestown, Jennifer Harrington (Artie) of Jamestown, Angel Ormbsy (Tom) of Jamestown, Vanessa Koch of Jamestown and Maureen Brentley of Jamestown; and her stepchildren, Gaylan Zook of Mayville, Jeff Zook of Mayville, Rita Himes (Fred) of Florida and Keith Zook (Julie) of Cherry Creek. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
