She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Foulkrod and Mary Foulkrod; and her husband Donald F. Miller. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Gollnitz (David); her caregiver Sandra Sweet of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Jason Gollnitz (Kristen) of Spencerport, NY, Lacey Burns (Michael) of Jamestown and Lynn Terry, Jr. of Jamestown; and her sister Beverly DiMaio of Jamestown. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to an animal rescue organization of one's choice.
