She is survived by: her husband Philip Cammarata, Jr.; her children, Sally Cammarata of Jamestown, Mary Beth Cammarata of Payson, AZ, Philip Cammarata III (Adriana) of Lakewood, Ann Marie Causebrook of Bristow, VA and Robert Cammarata (Mona) of Long Beach, CA; and her grandchildren, Philip Cammarata IV, Michael Cammarata, Robert Causebrook, Riley Causebrook, Jake Cammarata and John Cammarata.
