He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Maynard of Louisville, KY and Gloria Sigworth of Falconer; his daughter Oddesey Wolf (Richard) of Fairview, PA; his grandchildren, Carson Wolf of Fairview, Jayden Crawford of Fairview and Jackson Wolf of Fairview; his siblings, Jay Maynard (Michelle) of Crystal River, FL and Lynne Maynard of Falconer; and his siblings' children, Aaron, Sean Chase and Alicia Maynard.
