He is survived by: his parent Bertha Johnson Hult; his son David J. Holt of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Paul R. Holt (Cathy) of Tonawanda, NY, James Holt (Kathy) of Brecksville, OH, Madalyn Holt of Brecksville, OH and Olivia Holt of Tonawanda, NY; and his sister-in-law Joan Hult of Jamestown. He is also survived by nephew and nieces.
