She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lewis Vincent and Evelyn Hirst Vincent; her daughter Bunco; her husband Alton J. Phillips; her daughters, Leslie Phillips (Shawn Watson) of Brookville, PA and Shelly Phillips of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Abigail Henry, Maddox Henry and Ty Henry; her sister Diane Glenn (James) of Jamestown; and her friends, Priscilla Hutley of Arizona and Lea Etta Phillips Haight of Pittsfield, PA..
The family respectfully asks that guests wear face masks and social distancing practices be observed.
