She is survived by: her children, John Samuelson (RoseAnn) of Jamestown, Randy Samuelson (Marcia) of Crystal River, FL and Debbie Mazziotti of Prospect, KY; her grandchildren, Leslie Stone (Scott), Katie Samuelson, Natalie Samuelson (Nicole O'Brien), Sara Black, Randy Samuelson Stephanie (LeeAnn), Kimberly Thompson (Ed) of Louisville, KY and Melissa Mazziotti of Prospect, KY; and her great grandchildren, Ava Hultberg, Alexandra Hultberg, Addison Hultberg, Isaac Hultberg, Alivia Stone, Ashlyn Samuelson, Ayden Samuelson, Brennan Samuelson, Jacob Samuelson, Kaitlyn Thompson and Olivia O'Brien.
