She is survived by: her children, Thomas Stafford (Rebecca) of Jamestown, Jeanine Pickard (Max) of Jamestown and Lori Jayne Willis (Randy) of Oregon, IL; her grandchildren, Christine Weber (Mark) of Pipersville, PA, Dr. Todd Stafford (Jensy) of Barrington, RI, Heather Stafford of Erie, PA, Trenton Stafford of Verona, WI, Paige Stafford of Bloomington, IN and Atty; and her brother William Barnes (Barbara) of Plainfield, IL..

Carolyn really appreciated all of the efforts made by medical staff, aides and administrators at Lutheran who provided care for her needs, especially during confinement due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
