We bid farewell to Carrol L. Roth Shepard of Jamestown, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 25, 2025 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Roth and Dorothy Colby Roth; her husband David C. "Doc" Shepard; her son Ronny Provorse; and her sisters, Annabelle Roth, Arlene Ellis, Martha Roth and Ruby Crawford.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Wood of Enid, OK, Connie Lipka of Springville, NY, Diane Gilbert of Warren, PA, Laurie McCullan of Michigan, Judy Anelli of Ohio, Donald Moore, Jr. of Lakewood, NY and Raymond Moore (Jill) of Jamestown, NY; her grandchildren, Matthew Thompson, Terri Thompson, Kevin Wood, Sean Wood, Dawn Lipka, Amy Lipka, Christopher Lipka, Nicole Gilbert, Sandra Gilbert, Jillian Gilbert, Kevin Schweickler, Chavon Schweickler, Sandra Schwieckler, Melissa Anelli, Heather Anelli, Jeremy Anelli, Zachary Moore, Jarod Moore, Jaycee Moore, Jon Jones and Jessica Pangborn; her siblings, Nelson Roth, Doris Grice, Alice Kliver and Elsie Lomison; and her stepsiblings, Hannah Thompson, Fred Thompson and Preston Thompson.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home, Inc. (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (851 Forest Ave, Jamestown, NY 14701). A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fluvanna Cemetery.
