He is survived by: his wife Bonny Turner; his daughters, Linda Boutelle (Calvin) of Jamestown, Wendy Decker (Jeremy French) of Portland, NY, Julie Norton (Ray) of Lakewood, Laura Banks (Ron) of York, PA, Tyjae Lenox (Ron) of Covington, OH and Jamieka Cramer (Mason) of Fort Campbell, KY; and his brother Herbert McKinney, Jr. of Orlando, FL.
