He is survived by: his brother Dodge; his wife Jill Fasciana (Schroeder); his children, Michelle Fasciana Rider of Newburgh and Chip Fasciana of Albany; his grandchildren, Alyssa and Sam Rider of Newburgh; his sister Mary Jane Price (Fasciana); and his niece Katie Ecklund (Price) of Maryland.
