She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincente Ortiz and Eufemia Olivencia Ortiz; her husband Juan Vazquez; and her sister Margarita Marchany. She is survived by: her children, Celia Wilson (Andrew) of Jamestown and Osvaldo Vazquez (Kim) of Jamestown; her granddaughters, Ashlee Fredrick (Matt) of Jamestown, Alexa Vazquez (Eric Leathers) of Pittsburgh, PA, Andraya Vazquez (Vanessa Horton) of Buffalo and Analese Wilson (Chris Zuffranieri) of Buffalo; her great grandchildren, Andrew Staples-Fredrick of Jamestown, Stella Fredrick of Jamestown and Colton Fredrick of Jamestown; and her brothers, Robert Ortiz (Elina) of Hormigueros, Rafael Ortiz (Rosa) of Hormigueros and Puerto Rico.
