He is survived by: his parents, Linda McCallum of West Ellicott and Robert D. Hayes of Ellington; his wife Vanessa L. Weinert; his daughter Emma M. Weinert; his siblings, Meghan Hayes of Ellenville, N. Y. and Brook Hayes of Washington, D. C.; and his cousins, Brooke Kelly (Kirk), Parrish Kennington (Mark MacDougall), Paige Lind (Tim) of Hopkinton and Tom Kennington (Megan) of State College.
