She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward S. Visosky and Mary Jane Shute; her son Timothy D. "Yokes" Yocum; and her brother John Visosky. She is survived by: her husband Kevin W. Perry; her son Thomas Yocum (Christine) of Jamestown; her grandsons, Tyler Yocum of Whitney Point, NY and Zachary Panebianco of Jamestown; her stepchildren, Kevin Perry (Alaina) of Ripley, NY and Amber Perry of Falconer, NY; her stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Lewis of Falconer, Elizabeth Lewis of Falconer and Mallory Gorniak of North East, PA; and her brothers, Gary Visosky of Jamestown and Dennis Visosky of Jamestown.
