It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald R. Smith of Jamestown, New York, who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Smith and Harriett Smith; and his brother Charles Bragg Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Isabelle Higley Smith.
