She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank R. Clark and Cora E. Johns Clark; and her brother Gary R. Clark. She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Ellis; her daughters, Nicole Kimball (Richard) of Jamestown, Kelly Jose of Jamestown and Kimberly Kaverman of Jamestown; and her grandchildren, Kyle Kaverman of Jamestown, Lauren Kimball of Jamestown, Joshua Kaverman of Jamestown, Jayna Jose of Jamestown, Emily Kimball of Jamestown, Meredith Kimball of Jamestown and Isabella Jose of Jamestown.
