She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Wheeler and Edith Olson Wheeler. She is survived by: her husband Robert E. "Bob" Cochrane; her daughters, Stephanie Rowe (David) of Jamestown, N. Y., Charity Nuse (Rory Luvison) of Sugar Grove, PA and Roseanne Nelson of Jamestown, N. Y.; her brothers, Dennis Wheeler of Jamestown, N. Y. and Gordan "Sid" Wheeler of Binghamton, N. Y.; her grandchildren, Tyler Bemis (Brittany Bellardo), Annessa Trask, Jerecho Johnson, Phoenix Luvison, Eric Pettabon, Sophie and Miley Nelson; her great grandchild Raven Bemis; and her nieces, Rebecca Wheeler, Rachael Steffan (Matthew) and Sara Wheeler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
