He was predeceased by: his brother Carl Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Sjogren Johnson of Frewsburg; his siblings, Jerold "Rusty" Johnson of Jamestown, Henry Johnson (Allison) of Ellington, Elizabeth Johnson of Gerry, Karen Galuppo (Brent) of Frewsburg and Tina Koeblin (Don) of Guthrie, OK; and his cousin Gary Adams (Diane) of Frewsburg. He is also survived by his 16 nieces and nephews.
