She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Ivan Risley and Gail M. Risley (Flick); her brother Russel; her husband Frederick James Farley; and her siblings, Emma, Margaret, Ethel and Harvey.

She is survived by: her daughters, Bonita Stanton (Gary), Karen Simmons (Roy), Sandra Bromley (Roger) and Valerie Terrill (Keith); her grandchildren, Mark Stanton, Matthew Stanton, Laura Guay (Stanton), David Stanton, Joshua Simmons, Jenny Kostera (Simmons), Jacob Simmons, Norman Bromley, Jada Tellez-Martinez (Terrill), Adria Cobb (Terrill), Lydia Jacques (Terrill) and Micah Terrill; and her brother John Risley, Sr. (Preceding Evelyn). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church, 40 Hallock Street, Jamestown, NY, 14701.
