He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Leone and Margaret Triscari Leone; and his sister Rosalee Ernst. He is survived by: his wife Sandra E. Buffone Leone; his children, Danielle Leone of Florida and Frank J. Leone of Jamestown; his stepson David Mazzone (Autumn) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Katherine Decossaux (Michael), Kenneth Mazzone and Elizabeth Mazzone; and his great grandchild Ava Decossaux. He is also survived by his family, grandchildren and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be donated in Frank's name to a charity of one's choice.
