He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Stefanelli and Rose Russo Stefanelli; his wife Mary Ribaudo Stefanelli; his daughter Monica Ann Stefanelli; and his siblings, Anthony Stefanelli, Elizabeth DeNitto, Virginia Rizzo, Matilda Martineli, Rosemary Bova and Marian Holcomb.
He is survived by: his children, Rose Ann Kinnie (Scott) of Pahrump, NV, Theresa Erickson (Charles) of Jamestown and Salvatore "Skip" Stefanelli (Michelle); his grandchildren, Adam Purcell (Renee Doss) of Butte, LA, Patrick Purcell (Nissan) of Pittsburgh, PA, Kevin Erickson (Shauna) of Jamestown, Stefanie Shay (Patrick) of Lakewood, Nicholas Stefanelli (Bri) of Orange County, CA, Kara Bellows (Ed) of Concho, AZ and Jennifer Stefanelli of Rhode Island; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Purcell, Lilyan, LJ Bellows, Payton, Lucas Stefanelli, Hunter and Charlee Erickson.
