It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Smith (Jamestown, New York), born in Olean, New York, who passed away on May 9, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick N. Smith and Elvira Gagliardi Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, George Smith, Sandra Crane (Gary) and Sharon Ellis; his grandchildren, Tobi, Trey and Claire; and also, Cheryl Stewart, Georgianna Ribing, Rachel Baglia, Beth Bundy and Cindy Penhollow (Doug). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
