He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald T. Gustafson and Gladys Bennett Gustafson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his brother Gerald B. Gustafson (Alice) of Fairfax, VA.; his children, Jill Davis (Mike), Garrett Gustafson of Belle Plaine, KS, Julie Cogliano of Jamestown, Robert Gustafson (Judith) of Jamestown and David Gustafson (Colleen) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Gary Gustafson (Cassandra) of Brocton, Katie Butler (Corey) of Jamestown, Lucas Gustafson, Alexandria Gustafson of West Lebanon, NH, Lacey Gustafson of Saratoga Springs, NY and Justin Gustafson of Buffalo, NY; and his great grandchildren, Grant, Drew and Zoe.
