He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Miller (Dustin), April Klice and Rachel Kruse (Chris); his grandchildren, Payton Miller (Hayli), Jonthan Miller, Lauren Raymond, Steven Raymond Jr., Halie Klice, Donavin Carraher, Cameron Carraher, Brennen Carraher and Kylie Carraher; and his siblings, Brenda, Diana, Linda, Bruce, Teresa, Mary and Terry McKinney. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital in George's name.
