He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Servis and Wilma Paton Servis; and his wife Helen L. Swanson Servis. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Hoff (Matthew) of Jamestown and David Servis (Lynn) of Louisville, KY; his granddaughter Krista Hoff; and his daughter Sandy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
