She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Grundstrom and Lillian Berg Noren Grundstrom; her husband Herbert W. Faulk; and her siblings, Eugene, Paul Grundstrom and DeEtta Keding.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Lou Faulk Pillittieri of Jamestown and Eileen Janette Faulk Glass (Bob) of DeBary, FL; her grandchildren, Laura DePue (Mike) of Orchard Park, NY, David Pillittieri (Amy) of Jamestown, Lynne Lamb (Randy) of Lake Mary, FL and Jayne Beaman (Charlie) of Enterprise, FL; her great grandchildren, Liam Pillittieri, Vanessa Pillittieri, Patrick Casey, Tommy Swisher (Jessi) and Jacqulyn Tobin (John); her great great grandchild Aayden Swisher; and her daughters, Joy and Jennifer Tobin.
