He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lawrence Sopher, Ernie Hamilton of Sugar Grove, PA, Walt and Marion Thompson of Lander, PA.. He is survived by: his parents, Pamela Olson (Dennis) and Stephen Thompson (Debbie) of Virginia Beach, VA; his sister Carissa Appleton (Adam); his nephew Wolfgang Appleton; and his grandmother Donna Raybuck. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations made be made in Jeremy's name to a local substance abuse support program of their choice or any charity of their choice.
