She was predeceased by: her brother Alfred Saletta. She is survived by: her husband Joseph LaPlaca; her sons, Paul LaPlaca of Cliffside Park, NJ and Michael LaPlaca of Boiling Springs, SC; her grandson Toren Sparks-LaPlaca of Cliffside Park, NJ; and her sister Rosemary Donohugh.
