He was predeceased by: his parent James Crissman. He is survived by: his parent Janet Griffin; his grandson Remington Smith; his siblings, Trenton Smith and Paislee Smith; his children, Jody L. Crissman II, Kelly Crissman (Justin Smith), Michelle Duckett, Chris Duckett, April Crissman and Christine Johnson; his siblings, Jim Crissman, Scott Joslyn (Jennifer), Skip Joslyn and Roberta Allison; and his stepparents, Cindy Glotz Joslyn and Donald.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial be made to Alcoholics Anonymous, 511 Club, 511 E. Second St., Jamestown NY.
