He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Armstrong and Mary Hopkins Armstrong; his wife Myra L. Kilbourne Armstrong; and his brother Larry Armstrong. He is survived by: his brothers, James Armstrong (Deanna) of Gowanda, NY and Ned Armstrong (Carol) of Little Valley, NY; and his sister-in-law Martha Armstrong of Falconer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
