We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2021, at the age of 91, Joseph A. Griffo of Jamestown, New York, born in Dunkirk, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Griffo and Rose Latona Griffo; his sister Michealina Philips (Art); and his grandsons, Bradley Carlson and David Harmon.
He is survived by: his wife Concetta J. Zaccari Griffo; his children, Joseph Griffo (Joya), Andrea Russell, Jenny Deacon (Michael), Gary Griffo, Mary Harmon (Jon) and Rebecca McGrath (Nick); his grandchildren, Joseph, Chad, Gregg Griffo, Chan, Ryan, Scott Carlson, Alysia Russell, Tiffany Birt, Rachel Mistretta, Dr. Deann Hofer, Richard Hofer, Michael, Timothy, Jeffrey, Daniel Harmon and Nicole McGrath; and his sister Marie Cecala (Dennis). He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
