He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugino Bianco and Flora Zandy Bianco; his brothers, Albert Bianco and Silvo Bianco (Wiz); his niece Donna Bianco; his sister Dora Sorti Bianco; his significant other Alice Jolly Hallowell; his stepdaughter Cynthia-Jolly Parsons; his son-in-law Mitch Parsons; his nephew Stevey Bianco; and his sister-in-law Aggie Bianco.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Bianco of Amherst, NY and Amanda Bianco of Jamestown, NY; his stepchildren, Sabrina Jolly and James Jolly (Stephanie) of Jeffery Jolly; his grandchildren, Jason Kimmel (Savanah), Christopher Kimmel, Shawna Youngman (Chris), Joey T. Karash, Kianna M. Karash, Montana E. Karash, Thomas Jolly, Justine Jolly, Savanah Jolly, Joseph Karach, Kryanna Karach, Montana Karach, Casandra Jolly, Jeffery Jolly, Natasha Jolly, Breana Jolly and Douge Parsons; his son-in-law Joseph R. Karash; his sister-in-law Barb Bianco; and his sibling's children, Lou Bianco, Richard Bianco, Skip Bianco, David Wagner, Kelly Wagner, Marvin Wagner and Lydia Wagner.
