He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Mowry and Margaret Rowe Mowry; his granddaughter Cassandra Finch; his son-in-law George Pavlock; and his siblings, Richard Mowry and Anna Mae Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Dona M. Barr Mowry; his children, Donald Mowry of Frewsburg, Denise Pavlock of Jamestown and Cynthia Brown (Daniel) of Erie, PA; and his grandchildren, Aaron Pavlock (Jenn) of Jamestown, Adam Pavlock of Jamestown, Samantha Brown of Erie, PA and Carl Brown of Erie, PA.
