He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joanne Radic, Hulda Treacy and James Treacy. He is survived by: his children, Aurora (Beaners), Brooke, Carter, Levi, Joshua and Remington; his parents, Christine Radic (Jeffrey Curry) and James Treacy; his sisters, Brianna Treacy and Megan Treacy; and his grandfather Alphone Radic.

In lieu of flowers monetary donations may be made to Lake Shore Savings Bank Wegmans Plaza Jamestown for the benefit of Brooke Treacy and siblings.
