She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald D. Gardinier and Laura Tanner Gardinier; her son Mark A. Bell; and her brothers, Glenn and Alvin Gardinier.
She is survived by: her husband John W. "Jack" Bell; her sons, Timothy J. Bell (Deanna) of Canandaigua, NY, Matthew D. Bell of Jamestown and Nicholas A. Bell (Katie) of Jamestown; and her grandchildren, Jaclyn, Lauren, Ashley Bell of Canandaigua, Gia and Leo Bell of Jamestown.
