He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael V. Delgado and Elizabeth "Betty" Howard Delgado; and his sister Joaquinia "Tina" Delgado. He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth D. Gifford of Jamestown; his brother Rafael "Bob" Delgado (Jessie); his son Jake Stone (Paige); his granddaughters, Maria, Alanna, Ivy and Oaklee Stone; his stepchildren, Betsy Thayer, James Thayer of Jamestown and Stephanie Thayer of Cassadaga; and his stepgrandchildren, Gaven, Makaylah, Carter, Brayden, Finnian and Claire.
