She was predeceased by: her father Paul H. Spaulding. She is survived by: her mother Adena Foran Woodard; her children, Leslie Hoisington (Adam) of Sugar Grove, PA. and Garett Brown (Debbie); her grandchildren, Lauson, Ackron Hoisington, Emma and Owen Brown; her sisters, Sharon Wordelmann (David) of Lakewood and Nancy Anderson (Bernard) of Jamestown; and her nieces, Melissa Johnson (Mathieu), Rebecca Slagle, Heather Greco (Daniel), Elizabeth Wordelmann, Karla Gonzalez (Ricardo) and Kristen Milne (Jesse).
The family suggests memorial donations be made to Roswell Park Cancer Center, P.O. Box 631, Buffalo, NY 14240; or to the Sugar Grove Free Methodist Church, 210 Jamestown St., Sugar Grove, PA 16350.
