He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma Mackey. He is survived by: his father Charles F. Bartholomew (Dawn) of Jamestown; his close friend Tammy S. Fricker; his son Dalton Bartholomew (Megan Cantrell) of Spartanburg; his siblings, Brenda Greenwood (Bill) of Lake Alfred, FL. and Douglas "Boney" Bartholomew of Jamestown; and his uncles, Brian Rexford of Panama and Bill Rexford of Colorado. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
