She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Reese and Emily Edwards Reese; her significant other Rev. Eddie B. Slaughter; her children, Anthony Slaughter and Phyllis Reese; and her brothers, Pete Reese and Aaron Reese.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Slaughter (Tammy Marks) of Jamestown, N. Y., Robert Slaughter (Terri Lynn) of Opelika, AL, Gerald Slaughter (Lorena Berry) of Jamestown, N. Y. and Patricia Jones of Stillwater, OK; and her sisters, Catherine Tolbert, Davanah France, Ellen Clark and Helen Preston. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
