He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hoard, and Norma Sundean Hoard, Sr.; and his granddaughter Katy Sweet. He is survived by: his wife Faye Robinson Hoard; his children, Kimberly Sweet (Larry) of Lakewood, Kristin Carnovale (David) of Indianapolis, IN and Daniel Hoard (Peg) of Cincinnati, OH; his stepson Kevin Dyer (Sherilyn) of Fairmount, WV; his grandchildren, Molly Kostka (Joseph), Emily Sweet, Zachary, Rachel Carnovale and Samuel Hoard; and his great grandchild Sullivan Kostka.
