She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell LaPlaca and Grace LaPlaca; her aunt Teresa LaPlace of Lakewood, NY; her nephew Timothy Warner; and her close friend Gerri Nupp.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Paterniti of Austin; her sister Betty Warner; her godson Mark Nupp of Jamestown; and her cousin Franni Carlson of Jamestown. She is also survived by many cousins, 2 nieces, and a nephew.
