It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Sylvia Chapman (Jamestown, New York), who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Allen Sr.; her husband Alvin Chapman; her children, Sylvia Cox Thelander, Edith Genberg and David Allen; her granddaughter Robyn Allen; her son-in-law James Irving Dearing; and her siblings, Freemont, Clair Meabon, Florence Newton and Naomi Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Lorna Laskaris of Orlando, FL, Phillip S. Allen Jr. (Karen) of Jamestown, Pamela Laskowski (Tom) of Fairview, PA, Deborah Allen of Falconer and Clovis Snyder (Ross) of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Cox, Cynthia Cox Tolman, Chris Allen, Josh Allen, Leslie Allen-Dole, Noah Allen, Richard Kelly Jr., Sarah Lander, Gary Guzzardo, Rachel Phillips, Michael Guzzardo, Cassandra Milliner, Ross Snyder Jr. and Seth Snyder; her great grandchildren, Myles Anderson, Mathius Allen, Eden Allen, Carter Dole, Quinn Dole, Emily Lander, Aidan Lander, Keenan Durnell and Marissa Durnell; and her great great grandchildren, Rownan and Hudson Recchia.
