He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley M. Williams and Ethel E. R. Williams (Nelson); his grandparents, Louis Jay, Minnie Nelson (Kade), Marshall and Florence Williams (Hedlund); and his sister-in-law Peggy Williams (Myrl).

He is survived by: his daughter Laura J. Stewart; his siblings, Myrl J. Williams (Peggy) of Massillon, OH and Cheryl L. Harvey (Robert) of Jamestown; and his aunt Eleanor Nelson (Lloyd) of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
